Amil Johnson
Amil Johnson
Amil is the co-founder and CEO of R.S. Johnson Legal, P.C. A graduate of Morehouse College and University of Georgia School of Law, he brings many years of experience as a litigator and transactional lawyer.
He’s an active member of the Fayette County Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Real Property Law Section; he’s an affiliate member of the Fayette Board of Realtors.
Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Amil now lives in Fayetteville with his wife and three children. He loves music, concerts, and a raucous game of flag football!
Rhea Johnson
Rhea is co-founder and CFO of R.S. Johnson Legal, P.C. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from Georgia Southern University and earned her JD from the Paul M. Hebert, Louisiana State University Law Center. She has a varied legal background which includes criminal defense litigation, corporate real estate, and mobile utilities acquisitions.
Rhea is a member of the Fayette County Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and is active with the Atlanta Bar Internship Committee.
An Atlanta native, Rhea and her husband are parents to one daughter and twin boys. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
